Madrid (and much of Spain for that matter) is experiencing unprecedented rainfall, with March 2025 officially becoming the wettest month on record of any month since 1893. Rivers are overflowing, reservoirs are bursting at the seams. The towering red bar you see on the graph indicates the amount of rain Madrid has received this March (2025) in comparison to the other months.
