Today we are going to continue our journey around the Spanish wine revolution. We are going to focus on the Region of Valencia which is home to three major regions: D.O. Alicante, D.O. Utiel-Requena and D.O. Valencia. These are old regions which traditionally made a living by selling wine in bulk both domestically and internationally. It was the law of quantity over quality.
