One of Spain’s hottest tapas in the last couple of years is the torrezno, basically fried pork belly, which is a sinful delicacy, typical in the province of Soria. Now it’s nearly ubiquitous. It’s paradoxical because you’d think healthy eating trends would be shifting people away from such temptations.
